I would like unique items as well.  I voted for the knights with firearms as no one else makes them.  Almost all the other companies you can substitute in other figures.

Royal Navy Landing Party ... for the Patent Kelly Suit and Rocketeers. Would also be good complementary allies in multiplayer games.

Unique items like Clockwork horses, arc generators or conversion bits suitable for IHMN equipment would also tempt me. Templars would be last on my wish list. Templars would have to be truly outstanding to prevent me from simply converting dusty old knight figures from my collection.

Royal Navy Landing Party as I want the Patent Kelly Suit
First thing
http://brigadegames.3dcartstores.com/Bandits-4_p_3584.html Ned Kelly and the gang. I  have been eyeing those miniatures for about a year now.

Secondly
I am surprised more people did not look go for the The Templars [HVF: Knights in armour with firearms] since very few figures like that exist.

Thirdly
I want U troop only because I still have not found a suitable miniature to represent the leader.

I went with the Templars, just sounded fun.
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

Templars as well. With some clever design for alternate heads/weapons/etc., you could then have Templars, and Knights Hospitallers, Order of the Dragon (Wallachian hunters), Order of the Golden Fleece (Burgundian Revivalists), Livonian Brothers of the Sword (Pro-German Balts), Order of St Georg of Pskov (Russian Ultra-Monarchists) - OK, I made that last one up, but you get the drift.

Figs with hand/arm sprues holding various steampunk items as well mundane items of the period (tea cup, cigarette holder, pocket watch, umbrella, etc.).  See the Reaper Doctor Watson figure.

This would allow a good variance.

Templars was my runner-up, but, there aren't too many clockwork tiger miniatures out there either. And I hadn't heard of the Tippoo tiger until this poll came up, and frankly, it's a great idea for a company.

That is something we had been considering as well. Just need to create a list of 10-12 figures so Nick can think it over.

Or even just a blister pack with arc weapons, arc generator back packs and a rocket launcher or two - most of which Nick's sculptor would have had to make up separately anyway in order to complete the figures so far.

Instead of a company, how about a batch of figs bearing the unique items from the IHMN universe?  Things like a patent Kelly suit, Clockwork Hound, Arc Weapons, etc.

Having spent hours surfing the web for figures armed/equipped with the above quoted items, I believe the ideas quoted above are the direction North Star should go, if not now, then eventually.

For the record, I voted for US Marines, not because I can't find standard Marines---they are out there---but because I can't find suitable Rocketeers. Pulp Figures' Rocketeers are too, well, "pulpy" for IHMN, in my opinion.

I voted for the Kentish Men as they seem like a brilliantly inventive and original company that would really add variety to IHMN and provide a lot of unusual and useful miniatures.
