Statuesque Miniatures is pleased to announce a special Pre-Order Deal for the first releases from our new Statuesque Fantasy range of heroic adventurers. Featuring all four adventurers – Oorik the Barbarian, Misanter the Elf, Gomeril the Wizard and Lowri Lowrisson the Dwarf – this deal can be had for only £19, a price not to be repeated when the figures are on general release. There are discounts for multiple purchases too!

Unashamedly 'heroic scale', these figures are available with the super special Retro Rectangular resin bases supplied by Zealot Miniatures for that proper dungeoneering look.

Master castings of the figures arrived back with the mould maker on the 28th of March, with delivery of production castings to Statuesque Miniatures expected within 2-4 weeks. The final retail price for the figures, which will be available individually upon general release, has not been set. However, due to the weight and size of the figures, it is safe to say the retail price will be much higher than this Pre-Order Deal. The number of castings for the Pre-Order is limited and the offer will run only until production castings have been delivered or while stocks last.

I was happy to hear first release of fantasy that I almost glossed over the rest of the sentence, more adventurers.  Will you be bringing us baddies in this style too?

Yup, grand plans though it will all take time. I've got to juggle fantasy, pulp and scifi. But the next adventurer will be a dwarf berzerker (no mohawk!) and after that I'll branch out into some baddies too. I really want to do an evil sorceress... I'm slowly designing some trows (in my world gobliny trolls) to act as enemy grunts but they're a long way off.

Do you know it's been about 2 or 3 years since I painted a fantasy figure?
(I still have many from before that, obviously,  )

I've been following the development of these, (on here and Frothers) and they have such a "nostalgic", cool feeling to them, that I'm actually quite excited to see them released, 

I guess that means I should pre-order them?


(and paint them, obviously. And maybe even some of the other unpainted fantasy figures languishing in the lead pile...)

I was intrigued but even at 19 pounds, with international shipping that's too stiff for four figures.  Good luck though!  Shame as I could really use these exact figures, .

Just pre-ordered. These are the first fantasy miniatures I've bought at full price, upon release, for around ten years. They just have the perfect balance between nostalgia and contemporary quality... can't wait for them to arrive now!
