The first thing I thought of when I saw wonderful 'space wasps' by Akky (Akula's Galactic Armies) was 'Psychneuein'.

Here the original (~~shamelessly stolen from~~ advertising Akky's blog):

I didn't think I was capable of making a black/yellow scheme work here, so I went for the easy solution, brownscale

Of course, though I'm talking about Rogue Trader, these lovely, scaring bugs can make their way into any ambientation:

Those are some nasty looking critters!

To be honest; they completely passed me by, but your pictures have put them on my to-get list. So many uses! First thing that came to my mind is that they're great for use as Necromunda beasties with some Beastmaster.

Excellent paintjob too by the way; the use of very light brown is almost yellow to the eye anyway, and I think it works a treat!

I have a beast master that is lacking beasts, thanks for pointing the usefulness of these.
