Probably says more about ME that my initial choices were 1 and 2, before I voted for 3 and 4,  ;)

How about putting it to a vote?

1. The mysterious exotic dancer

2. The classic coldly beautiful leather-clad-dominatrix-with-riding-crop

3. The alluring raven-haired Turkish Delight

4. The boldly attractive blonde-haired Germanic Baroness

Seems like an embarrassment of riches to me.....Heck, why not an entire Company of female German spies?   ;D

As a current part-time instructor of adults (mandatory job safety course), I am forced to agree!   lol lol lol

Please propose suitable minis!

Here are some suitable minis:

EDIT: I forgot RAFM's Kristina Erickson! A pretty mini, but a little on the tall side (I have the figure), and you can easily lose the keyboard-thingy. Call her spy #24!

Let me know if I've neglected any others. By the way, Black Scorpion makes alternate--unarmed--versions of ladies #6 and #7.

Personal preference if I had to choose just two? Although my heart would choose spies 1 and 2, spies 3 and 4 make more logical sense, unless spy 2 is not clad in her skin-tight-leather outfit, but wearing more conventional garb....

My favorite two minis of the group above are Jen Haley (#1) and Victoriana (#20), so I would probably choose spy 2 or 3 with the Haley figure, and spy 4 with Victoriana.

For the record, in my upcoming version of the Totenkopf Battalion, I am using Raging Heroes' Ivanka (#14) for the role of Oberst Klimt, while keeping the same stats. A very very nice figure, with a very very nice figure.  ;)

I agree that Black Army's Mata Hari (13) is an excellent figure, and would be the logical choice for spy 1.

If you go with the dominatrix version of spy 2, I would be sorely tempted to use Raging Heroes' Olga Kurganova (#16), having seen the quality of their miniatures up close. Pulp Figures' She-Wolves figure (#17) does have the advantage of wielding a riding crop in her right hand.

Please note that the Pulp Figures miniatures come in packs of five: the others in each set are not shown. The same is true of the Foundry and the Black Scorpion figures. All others can be purchased individually.

Hope this helps.

I was talking aloud to myself. A habit of the old: they choose the wisest person present to speak to; the long explanations needed by the young are wearying.

I really like these names for spy organizations, however, they are a little late for my gaming.  I need a German (and French) spy organization for the period 1870 to 1890. I could really use some help here.  Would Abteilung I or II work?

That's a good collection of female figures.  One note of caution regarding the Jen Haley figure is that she's quite tall - closer to 32 mm than 28 mm.  I've got her (and a couple of other ~32 mm female figures) for my company & I've had difficulty finding British riflemen in 32 mm to match.  (Hopefully the Victoria Miniatures Victorian Guard figures I have on order will fit the bill - we shall see.)
