Sci-Fi Detailing Kit
« on: 27 May 2014, 03:29:50 PM »
I've been working on a sci-fi detailing kit and come up with this handy collection to turn scratchbuilt buildings into highly detailed structures. To give you an idea of scale the T-shapes, bottom left, are approx 60x50mm. I hope to get better photos soon.

They'd go for around £12, if anyone's interested pm me.

Slightly better pic:

Looks very useful indeed, I would love a reference shot with something 28mm and something 15mm. I always have trouble extrapolating the actual sizes in my head.

a scale shot would be great, as those do look very useful indeed, for modern games as well as sci fi..

I don't have any 15mm so hopefully this will suffice...

Thanks to the folks who bought this, I'm working on a smaller detailing kit, mainly for interiors. You can see it's progress here: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=67720.0

You know what I would love ... a detailing kit for bases.

Things like debris so cans, bottles, books ... stuff I can drop around my characters feet to add some character to the bases. Esp. For my future wars mega city or Blakes 7 figures.

I bought some cheap sample sprues at Salute that contained some stuff from both SF and fantasy sets.
Very nice pieces that will definitly see use as stuff to put on bases or objective markers or even to add to a figure.
