Judge Dredd project help/idea.
« on: June 03, 2014, 12:41:21 PM »
I've started recently a Judge Dredd project using the now long oop Citadel Judge Dredd range (Boy are they a joy to paint, but a little limited).

But I'm looking for alternatives to use alongside them, mainly Perps and Muties. As I've gone for Citadel Judge Dredd range it'll have to be compatible to 25mm and in production.

EM4's Ex-Grenadier Future Wars and Ex-Metal Magic lines are great but I'm already using most of these ranges for other projects. I like to keep my various projects somewhat unique so after other ideas.

Thanks for any help.

Cheers
Chico

I used to use the Necromunda gangs for my perps. The oversized weapons fit well with the Mega City feel. Or if you can get hold of them, the Necromunda per curser minis that were produced for Confrontations. Guess you'd have to troll Ebay for them.

Hope this helps and if I can think of any more I'll drop you a line.
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass....and I'm all out of bubblegum. No wait I've just found another pack in my back pocket. Mmm tropical fruit bubblicious.

Not a fan of these I'm afraid, I did buy some alittle while ago but they got sold on.

I'm a big Necromunda fan but sadly they are 28mm heroic rather then 25mm. It's a shame as I need a excuse to finish painting up my gangs lol

LAM?

Andy has loads of Whifwaff's sculpts that are perfect for RT or JD.

I know Andy's range rather well, happened that it was one of the first places I looked :). Nothing takes my fancy that I haven't already got for other projects that also fits 25mm (Anything larger won't cut the mustard)

On a slight change of subject everyone buy some 4A toys.. those Chaos Dwarves really are sex on legs!

I don't think I know them, a quick google search and found the store but it lacks any images.

GZG would fit. I bought the Nuns with Guns which are really too small to mix well with my JD Foundry and Mongoose

I have a suspicion they're 28's. To make sure why not ask here: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?board=59.0 ?

There might be something in the Denizen sci-fi range, they're definitely 25mm. There's some very nice sculpts in there:

I'd second that, I had a couple and they were lovely but too small for matching with my 28's.
