Just posted some photos of my first two Meka suits for Mishima on my blog:

These are "Azure Dragon" and "Cherry-blossom".

Nope... masked off and airbrushed. But honestly, due to the curved nature of the model, it took me a whole day to mask it off.

Don't do yourself down, awesome neatness however achieved. I wondered if it was sculpted on the model.

Thank you both!

As I said, I airbrushed the colors on from different directions. This created more depth and looks great, when the model is moved around in the sun (shame the video does not really capture it!).

I didn't see it mentioned on your blog but are they resin, metal, plastic or a mix?

Well Prodos sell them as a casting plastic, but honestly... they are resin!

At first i was skeptical, but it is flexible enough for the thin parts not to snap all the time!

The dragon may have been hard to mask, but the Cherry Blossom still steal it I think.
