I just wanted to add a thank you for the supplemental text on your website, very helpful.

Thank you all for the wonderful comments.  The membership of LAF is an extremely talented bunch and I have adopted ideas I have seen here repeatedly in my collections.  To receive your very generous words about my work means a lot.  Dr. Mathias, thank you for stating your appreciation of my supplemental text.  I love it when people provide me with that kind of information about what they post so I try to offer it when I post something.  It's nice to know that someone actually reads it.  Let me say to that very point that in pics 104 and 105 there is a seated fish-tank pharaonic statue, and I was able to added it to my collection because Amalric posted the information.  I think that statue really added to that setting.  Much appreciated Amalric.  Thank you all for taking the time to write.  Richard

This is fantastic Richard some of your best work yet! I'm always surprised at what you can do with a few toys from the swap meet.

Amazing! I wish I had the focus to keep working on something like that. Oh yeah and someplace to keep it in case I ever finished it.

Absolutely awesome! What a fantastic set-up and great photos and a very useful list of sources there too. That Victorian gallery is equally brilliant. I'm going back to look at everything on your blog now, thanks.  :-*
