Reading about your extra rifles. I think you have gone for an unusual organisation with 5 sections of 8 men.
Just checking in Chain of Command (as its to hand), the normal late war platoon would be 3 sections of 11 (including NCO and bren), and a HQ of 6 (including 2" mortar and PIAT). This is the paper organisation. In the real world sections could be a bit understrength, and extra PIATS and Brens could find their way in.
So you have 50 infantry, plus officers and support - so you could easily make a full strength platoon - but can probably field 2 very slightly under strength ones.
8 Men sections were used in Motor Battalions (these are the single half-track mounted Battalion in an armoured division) But these still had 3 sections to a platoon. You would easily get 2 of these platoons from your figures.
