Time for the "Monday Teaser", this time its about Mercenary's and Rebels.

I've talked about "official" Organizations in the past, whether it be D-Rangers, Uni-Tech, or the NATO A.S.P. Troopers. But what about Mercenary's and Rebels - you know what I mean, the "average guy in the street" who turned out to be "no so average".

There are those who "fight back" against the Environment, the City-State Governments, or Corporations like Uni-Tech. These "Rebels" are often just disgruntled about some policy or intervention by some official body that leaves them disadvantaged in some-way - but more often than not, they are private Citizens with a serious "Axe to Grind".

The two guys in this Concept Sketch by Sculptor Martin Buck are two such disgruntled citizens - ready for action, and equipped with a Modern Subsonic Blaster and the more conventional Sub Machine Gun - they seek to fight against Corporate and Political Injustice and try to uncover the Truth about Corporations such as Uni-Tech.

The Guy with the Subsonic Blaster also comes with a second right arm, which is holding a fairly bulky Video Camera (very 80's) for those times when you just HAVE to get the evidence down on Tape.

Nice. I can even see the man on the right becoming a modern day priest/criminal dressed as a priest.

On a side note, may I suggest you increase the dimensions of your avatar. Some of its detail is lost.

You know, I keep forgetting about LA (sorry LA Guys) when I do updates - so expect quite a few over the next few days - concepts and greens.

First of all, the first American Agents Set - both Sculpted by Ian Mountain.

As Agents for D.O.I. (Division Of Investigation) - Wolfe Sculder and Katherine Mulley have a clear mission statement, investigate Criminal Activites outside the Mandate of the United American City States Police Authorities - but their work has taken a far more 'interesting' turn.

Uni-Tech, Jorōgumo Industries, and the Montgomery Initiative all have hidden agendas - leaks of information, deep cover investigations, and informers have taken them closer and closer to the truth.

Shocking as it might be - The Truth Is Out There . . . . . .

Love  Mulley & Scullder but really excited at the idea of a Michael Ironside and him out of the Beastmaster!

In the world of S.D.Z.A. (Super-Hero Dinosaur Zombie Apocalypse) Uni-Tech Security are more than just rentacops or night time Security Guards - they are the Military Arm of Uni-Tech, and are pretty much as well trained and well armed (often better so) than any City State standing Army.

Based at Uni-Tech Installations around the world, they can be seen in many different coloured Uniforms - often dictated not only by country, but by that particular Installations Commanding Officer.

Initial Concept Drawings (I know some of you had seen this before, but I am including it for completeness)

Picture 01 - Uni-Tech Security Officer wearing Cap.

Picture 02 - Uni-Tech Security Trooper wearing Standard Riot Helmet.

Picture 03 - Uni-Tech Security Officer with bare head from Head Sprue.

Picture 04 - Uni-Tech Security Trooper wearing Elite Trooper Helmet.

The Concepts and Miniatures were Drawn and Sculpted by Martin Buck, The Officer is wearing a Cap and the Trooper a standard Riot Helmet - both will be cast with Separate Heads for maximum flexibility - and a separate head sprue with a bare head and an Elite Trooper Helmet will also be available (pictures 3 & 4 show those options).

The next stage planned is to do a couple of more Trooper variants, and a Female Officer (with two head options).

Doctor Victor Makalay is the leader of the resistance organization known only as "The Brotherhood" - Resistance - perhaps you find that an odd choice of word - not really, not to members of the Brotherhood - they fight against the Uni-Tech Corporation and Government corruption, and against the Money Grubbing Politicians who take corporate handouts.

Rogue Primes, Mutt's, and Morlocks make up the Ranks of the Brotherhood - all who are outcasts are welcome, including Norms - and are treated like Brothers.

Makalay is a VERY powerful Telekinetic - people have watched as the Doctor literally tore people apart with his mind, without blinking, or breaking a sweat.

Civilians, or "Norms" as Makalay calls them are all treated with respect - and maybe a little pity, as they aren't "blessed" with Prime Abilities - but Uni-Tech, the Provisional American Government, and those that side with them are treated with Utter Hatred and Contempt.

Pisacha is his "right hand" and is afforded the respect such a position warrants - she too is a Prime - she can 'influence' any Man, though its not a form of Telepathy - the Virus had altered her glands and her pheromone strength and production was off the charts - no man can resist her, and she hates it.

These are my first two "Rogue" Prime Miniatures and were sculpted by Ian Mountain, original crappy concepts by me (and no, I am not showing you) Artwork by Carl Stoelzel.

Dr. Makalay comes with two Heads - including a scaly Helmeted "Mutant Leader" style head.
