@Genghis - you can never have enough vehicles I think...

With that in mind, I think my next batch of building/painting will have to be some reinforcements for my Space Cops along with a sweet ride for them to cruise around in.

I'm loving the grot & his tiny green compadres.

Yet more recruits to my Necromunda gang - a new champion with plasma pistol, and a shotgunner. Both are old Confrontation gangers, the champion with a little adaptation.

Just spent the last two days or so plowing through this thread beginning to end. Wow.

Thanks, axiom, and everyone else who contributed and made it so amazing! Very inspiring and it has spurred me to start sharing my stuff online again. I will make this thread a regular, daily stop in my online wanderings.

By all means, carry on!

Thanks very much fourcolourfigs! The thread is a bit of a meandering trip, depending on what takes my fancy! I'm just happy people like what they see :)

Thanks Axiom, your postings never fail to inspire.

I'd been distracted by Fantasy stuff for a couple of months but this is firmly drawing me back to the SciFi projects. One day I'll finish something!

Cheers!

I'm off to a Necromunda event towards the end of April and have decided to make a new old gang. This time it's going to be Techs.

The first two gangers are both armed with lasguns. The female ganger is a heavy conversion from Citadel's Venus Bluegenes, while the other guy just had some minor modifications to his hands.

Wonderful whites, you nailed them well!
 :-*

Lovely work on the conversions too.
They all look great and I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the mob all coloured in.

Lovely simple conversion on the Guardswoman, she fits so well with the "military-style" tech gangers.
White is an inspired choice, too! Consistently great work, as always  :-*

Thanks Mason. I'm also looking forward to them with colours on :)

@Belligerentparrot - glad you like them! The female Tech isn't actually converted from a Guardswoman, although there is a RT figure in a similar pose. This girl started off as Venus Bluegenes from the 2000AD range.

Oh yes, I see it now! The Guardswoman is showing a bit more cleavage from memory. Great choice of base model!

That lasgun she's holding suggests to me that you have managed to get hold of a bag of the RT-era sculpting dollies for accessories/weapons - am I right? I have a couple of bags of those, they're great aren't they?

@Belligerentparrot - you're right, the Guardswoman is a little more risqué! I did consider using her, but she is unbelievably even more dainty than Venus. As for the lasguns, yes, I do have some of the RT sculpting dollies. They've been incredibly useful for a whole range of projects. I'll be sad when I finally run out of them. I always wanted some of the 2000AD weapons as well - there are some really nice guns that were used on those figures.

Two more Tech gangers now completed - both unmodified.

This guy is the Mark Coppleston tech leader, and very nice he is too!

And one of the Marauder Techs - I'll be using him as armed with a grenade launcher

Thanks Ockman :) I've been trying to improve my scenic photos. I think I still need more variety!
