Lovely stuff. I got DA because I loved the mini's but it's not really my genre. Merging it with RT is a very good idea.
Last night I had a look at the various factions and I think it might work very well indeed!

Thanks all!
@area23 - there are certainly enough factions in Dracula's America to allow you to represent Inquisitors, Chaos Cults, Genestealer Cults etc. It's worth looking into!

Great thread, and especially fun to see the Confrontation techs painted. They look great.  :-* They're some of my favorite figures and back many years ago on a student's budget I won a lot of all of them in minty-fresh lead on ebay, including sprues of the plastic Confrontation arms and weapons. It averaged to $8-9/figure, which might have been the most I'd paid per figure up until then.   lol They are still in the little Chessex case I bought them in.

@Spooktalker, glad you like the Techs - they're a lot of fun and really do still have a pretty iconic look.

But not as iconic as...

…Bratts!

This trio represent a return to my Confrontation Bratt gang, the Sutter Dukes. Two of the three are notable for being unreleased figures (that's the guy on the left with the sword and pistol, and the guy in the ludicrous outfit in the centre). The Bratt on the right was on general release, but I've added a plastic high elf pointing arm, and a spare assassin arm with a new sleeve sculpted.

Best Tech gang I've ever seen! And the Bratts will always be the kings of Confrontation in my mind... nothing embodies that world more uniquely - delighted to see your original gang expanded!

I also can't wait to see photos of one or other of these gangs on the Warhammer World terrain in you pre-BOYL session.

Thanks!

Thanks folks!

Bratts are certainly the kind of pompous peacocks who would make sure you think they're the kings of any setting :D

All being well, there should be a whole host of photos from the games!

More Necromundan youths behaving badly with a pair of new Bratts:

The guy on the left is an unreleased figure, while the guy on the right is a conversion from an old Citadel Storm Trooper upper body, and a Warhammer Empire soldier lower half.

This pair takes me to 8/10 completed, with 2 more to be done before I need to use them in about 6 weeks time.

Thanks Mason :) Bratts have to be eye-catching, otherwise no-one would notice if they were cool or not!
