Thanks folks!

@waitwhat- I spent a long time waiting before I managed to get hold of a set. I have the other 2 Marauder figures waiting paint too. FWIW, I think Asslessman's Venators are much nicer!

I love those masks on the Venators, really sinister.
The twist of the pose on the conversion really improves the feel of that figure, consider that conversion well and truly 'nicked'!

That 'lovable' Hound is rather special too!

I like them. The familiar is great.

Yeah, that's pretty sweet!

The familiar works perfectly with them- great idea.

Glad you like the Venators!

Keeping up with the bounty hunting theme, I made another Strontium Dog from an old Judge Dredd perp (new feet, new head):

He'll get to hang out with Johnny Alpha I guess!

Thanks Ockman! Going with all the different blues was a fun new approach to painting a figure :)

Very cool - I love bounty hunters, it’s a theme I’m running with at the mo too. The painting’s great - I find that tonal style hard, but you’ve nailed it here.

I've spent the last couple of weeks building and painted a new terrain kit, due to be released shortly by Fogou Models via Kickstarter.

The kit in question is an amazing scrap fort, which I thoroughly enjoyed painting and weathering:

Take a look at my blog for more pics and keep an eye out for the KS soon if you like it!

A cracking job on a really useful, multi-purpose bit of scenery.

It's absolutely perfect for Gorkamorka, or post-apocalyptic gaming, or whatever else catches your fancy! Glad you like it!

In a bit of a change of pace from all the gang-related figures I've been painting recently, I've just made a start on a project that will see me through to the summer, when I'll be playing some games of Rogue Trader, using warbands generated by the classic GW Slaves to Darkness book.

We've each generated a small warband representing the followers of a mighty champion of chaos using the slightly over-complex warband generation rules. My first squad of followers are these evil (but possibly unthreatening) ratlings:

They've been made from Rogue Trader ratlings with the addition of some Maxmini heads. Combined with a suitable chaotic paint scheme, I think they do the job!

More words and pics over at my blog.
