Thanks former user, they were a joy to paint.

The Officers and Soldiers of the French Army 1914 August-December by Andre Jouineau is very useful as a uniform painting guide. Colonial and FFL are included.

I just realized, I DO have a WWI mini!  I just got him as the door gift on Saturday from Crisis!  The Belgian King! Hopefully I can sneak under the wire!

The team is meant to be from the 7th Company, 3rd Canadian Machine-Gun Battalion. (They should have a small green arrow above the grey patch, but I forgot to paint it…)

I must admit that I wanted to post an entry in this thread for quite some time but I, literally, finished painting this bunch seconds before I post the pictures on LAF... hence the "Ouf" title lol
