My very own BPRD... UPDATE 27/07/09 - Liz!
« on: August 15, 2008, 03:48:42 PM »
I've been working on these for a while, and there are still one or two more to come, but most of the heavy hitters are here.

Strictly for my own use, since no-one makes a lead version in 28mm, several conversions and botched paintjobs turn previously respectable lumps of lead into:

Base figures are mainly Hasslfree, with some Heresy, WestWind, Artizan and ERM. Apologies to Hammershield for pinching his Hellboy Junior idea. I tried to get a colour scheme that evoked the movie as well as the BPRD and Hellboy comic books (different artists = different colours!). I'm sure you'll tell me if I'm wrong.  ;)

Still have HF's not-Hellboy to finish painting, as well as some field agents, and am waiting for HF to release a particular figure to turn into Liz Sherman. Will add them as I get them done.

Comments and criticisms welcome as ever, and I hope you can make out the pictures properly, I seem to be going backwards with my photography skills.

Cheers!  :)

Thank you!  :)

I was kinda nervous about posting them as they don't really look like the characters in the comics, but then I figured what the hell, I'm not getting any younger.

And I've posted them on Frothers too.

If I don't come back, tell my girlfriend I spent the holiday money on lead.  :D
