The one standing on the left looks like Kipling while the one in the middle could be Melton Prior.  Any ideas on the mounted figure?

For what it's worth, Bicorne also makes a range of "war artists" including a Kipling and 2-3 other figures that'd fit the Colonial period. The Perry ones look (unsurprisingly) like better sculpts, but I thought the Bicorne ones might be worth mentioning nonetheless.
