That works! Good use of an old miniature.

Thanks to all of you.

I am also very happy how it looks and from the paint job I did. Hope this will boost my elan to finish 4 points Stark and to continue with Lannister force.

I laughed out loud when I saw you'd used Pippin as Tyrion.  A clever (and ironic) use of the miniature, and the red helmet is very striking.
Now what is this whole life of mortals but a sort of comedy, in which the various actors, disguised by various costumes and masks, walk on and play each one his part, until the manager waves them off the stage?

Thank you all.

I had this idea to use armoured hobbit representing Tyrion for a while. Got Mery and Pippin cheap few days ago and I liked the second better for the role. Finished the base and will make a pic tomorrow. Hided those bare and hairy hobbit legs with some poison ivy on the base. Sue will get nice base too  ;)

I think you definitely picked the right hobbit, as Merry's Rohan armour is more dark ages, while Pippin's Gondor armour is medieval. He looks great. Thanks for sharing
