Colonial Paddle steamer and Blacksmiths
« on: October 11, 2014, 12:18:37 PM »
Well I had to buy this for my IHMN, Gaslight ,SOBH and all the skirmish games I play, Sarissa  Colonial Paddle steamer, what a great kit and finished model, took time to build but is worth every penny, the detail and how it looks and can be used in games is  so well thought out, removable  levels and roof makes it a joy also for storage because it is large.
fantastic  a great item for any table and game setting and you can play a game on the steamer its that big.

What is the cost of the kit, and where might I purchase one, please?

With the steam boat it is funny how the laser cuts have created the look of rust wonder if one could pain t it in such a way as to keep this effect?

If they'd update their website I'd probably buy a steamer!

Saw this model on their stand at Derby and was very impressed. However I've had the Redoubt version sitting in a box waiting to be painted for about 3 or 4 years now so I really ought to get that done first.

Ah thank you sir, their new site had passed me by - I'd even googled it and only came back with the old.
