any chance you know how the blood on the dressing gown zombie was done, i have been toying with blood effects recently.

I don't know if this was the way this was done, but an effective way to create splatter is to use a toothbrush, some thinned paint, and a piece of plasticard or the likes.

Dip the front bristles of the brush ever so slightly in the thinned paint of the desired colour (effective for mud, too, and Alien acid blood) and gently rub it against the edge of the card in the direction of the mini.

Attention: Some practice should be had just splattering some paper first - it's a matter of 'Fingerspitzgefühl' to get it right.
