Very, very nice.  Kinda wish I'd jumped on the KS but realistically they would just be another tier to the lead mountain.

These figures would make excellent alternative High Elves. Love 'em!

Brilliant colour scheme. It works really well! Great paint job too! The sculpts look as though they paint up really nicely - by that I mean they look like they are a joy to paint.

Thanks guys for your kind comments  :)

Being back from a trip to meet family and friends I have resumed painting Trojans  :)

The 5th and 6th row of the phalanx are finished and the peltasts are in progress.

For now I can show the demigod of Poseidon, as Poseidon is the god of horses I thought it a good idea to have the color scheme similar to the Trojans.

cheers Thomas

Thank you Andy,

yes it is a absolute pleasure to paint the minis, high quality castings and a lot of Details  :) :)

While waiting for my Crocodile Games Amazons to be delivered I am working on Spartans these days. However these minis do not have the usually high casting Quality! Maybe I have got castings from worn out molds....

Stay tuned the swordmen unit just needs the finishing touches to their bases  ;)

So and here they are, the swordsmen  :)

This was the last unit of my little Trojan army to be painted.

Taking encouragement from my LAF friend Rui I even did a little conversion work on the command group.
Thanks Rui I am really happy with them  ;)

cheers Thomas

Hi Rui,
the trumpeter and the standard are converted. I used  normal swordmen minis and changed the arms.
The original ones you can see in the spear unit.
These days I am working on an army standard bearer, just a nice top for the pole is missing.
And yes James, when he is finished a group shot will be a good idea 😉.
Cheers Thomas
