New Future Wasteland Gallery: NEW PIC
« on: September 01, 2008, 09:49:28 PM »
I've been on a slow burn with some Mad Max style models for a while as I hope to build some warbands for a Mutants and Dath Ray Guns game. Picked up some Mad Puppet models and the classic Future Warriors, plus I've some Copplestone Wastleland Desporadoes on the table too.

Mark Dixon (http://www.artwho9figurepainting.co.uk/) has painted these beauties for me so far. Let me know what you think...

Quite a nice collection you've got going there. Who makes the buggy in the first 2 pic's? Is it a conversion? Keep up the good work and please post more.

The Buggy is an old Void 1.1 Junker Desert Marauder Scavenger (ref 31210) I think - still available through Scotia-Grendel

I'll post some more shots later.

The old void junker vehicles are really nice for future wasteland/Mad Max sorts of things.

You can also bash up some die-cast cars, glue plastic wire mesh or needle point plastic canvas onto the windows, and such... seen it done, very nice!
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Very nice, how does the Mad Puppet model line up against the rest? I was under the impression they were too tall compared to EM4 miniatures, but it seems alright. Do you have any other Mad Puppet models and how do they line up?
