CP Miniatures. Awesome sculpts, some mouldlines, tricky assembly at times.

Nicely done, glad to see one of those make it in! A lot of those figures are really small and finely detailed, they look challenging. Mine aren't built yet  o_o

I got a selection of the figures to do an "Alien Legion"-style commando force for SciFi gaming, and will probably get most of the remaining figures as well. Really good stuff, but some of the arm combinations need pinning, which isn't always easy due to the small parts and surfaces involved.

I have had this mini forever and ever. I rushed the paintjob a bit, but I'm happy with the dirty white colour scheme and the tabletop look. Base will get some plant life as soon as I find where I put my plants.

Are you certain? I thought the riders were sculpted by Andrew Rae...

I bought a pack from Antenociti that had two bikes and two ladies :)

Yeah I was wrong.
Both great sculptors though.

I like the way you approached them, they have the right vibe for the genre. Besides Akira they remind me of Bubblegum Crisis AD Police a bit.

I think I'm going for a generic old school manga feel (hopefully).

Here's the link to the Akira thread with the full unit pictured together.

Very blurry photo taken in a rush but I did three at the same time today and will post the rest over the next coming days (assuming there's time  lol ).

I'll take some better photos and post them in my Akira thread soon  :)

Lovely paint on that figure James! Also...did you buy or build that curb topper? I'd really like to get a bunch of those if they're commercially available somewhere.
