Battle Report: Flintloque using Song of Drums and Shakos
« on: May 07, 2015, 06:29:51 AM »
This week on my blog I've got a battle report for a Flintloque game using Song of Drums and Shakos rules. http://wargamesdispatches.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/battle-report-flintloquesong-of-drums.html

Great stuff! It's always a pleasure to see battle reports of Flintloque.

Ultimately, I agree with all of your comments about the Flintloque rules. I have the more recent books only as sourcebooks. I then revert to 1st edition which is a little faster to play and less bogged down in detail.

I think Flintloque games should be fun, exciting and have a little fantasy flare.

Have you considered visiting Orcs in the Webbe for some scenario ideas? They should still work with SODAS.

Yes, I've been on orcs on the webbe, it looks like a good resource. I need to get a couple of elves painted up and then we are going to try a scenario out of the SoDaS rulebook
