You can always do a "good warlord" campaigning outside the lands and the good guys waiting is return while fighting for freedom.
A kind of King Richard the Lionheart.
Also you could use some rank and file men for both sides.

Slow progress on this for the moment but have just had a couple of WIP's on some back for example:

His right hand will be carrying the Tetsubo ala this image:

Once these four are done i will be passing along the images for the first four, Ronin and his merry band

Hopefully first three sets will be the end of April / Beginning of May, followed by periodic releases of certain packs

Great looking project - I particularly like the way the women figures have been realised....how do they compare size wise with other ranges may I enquire ?....think I shall be acquiring the unarmored figures just to enjoy painting them
