As I explained sometimes in other topics, my skills are minimal and I cannot produce anything.

So, I am waiting to see you, Dear Gentlemen! Make me envy!

Hey, how about an unofficial competition - making the best steam powered VSF aeroplane loosely based on that image in x weeks?
Although I'm kilometres below Rudi-level, I'd be game to try.
How about it?  ???

I'll be honest with you guys: I've had a steam airplane on the workbench for a while (not looking anything like the above...), but real world business and an urgent project keep it sidetracked for the moment (it's a pain to paint, you see).

Just be patient, it'll appear here one of these days (weeks...).

Suffice it for the moment to say it's a toy conversion.   8) ;)

How about this one? It's just one of Eureka's versatile "Armoured Penny Farthings" with parts of a 1/72 WWI airplane...

Sadly, the flying machine doesn't exist anymore. Our tomcat smashed it while searching the shelves for something to eat... >:( :'(

TANK POLO? God, how our gardener hated that game!

That's a real shame.  :'(

I really like the look of that little beauty.

I can see a need for a few of those. Add a couple of bombs and a steam-powered gatling or two and you'd have hours of fun playing with it! I'm tempted to have a go at "VSF-ing" a GW Dwarf helicopter thingy, if I can find a cheap one on EBay.

I might just look into making my own armoured bi-plane one day.

Until then I wait with baited breath to see Rudi's next work of art  :D
