Merci Captain Yapudo.

The original topic is for listings of commercially available pirate ship models, rather than for scratchbuilt models or conversions, so I have started a new thread for this one  :)

Yes, please, do share, since I'd like to learn how to build a nice, scratchbuilt frigate, or other, smaller vessels like that too.

Thanks my lords.

This frigate scratch built is made with:

"polystyrène compact" usually used for building isolation,
little wood sticks "barbecue brochettes",
wooden square sticks on each hull side made with"barbapapa candy",
Gun into the hull made with "Rivets pop",
Mast are made with wood stick initially used by my wife for flowers in garden... ;)
Old T shirt to made voiles etc...

Anchor and gun on the deck buy to my friend "goldfinger production"

etc...

Tres joli  :-*
And very impressive.
It's going to look wonderful when it's finished.
I'm looking forward to seeing it.

Loving your model! It really does L'Hermione justice. This is by far one of the best ships I've seen built for the tabletop. How did you shape the hull so smoothly?

Hi guy's,

This hull is made with "60mm polystyrène roof isolation", cut with a big cutter and sand with sandpaper.

Hand curve will form the curve of the hull...

About 2 hour to do this  ;)

Brands bords are sculpted with a pen ;)
The figurehead with a toy "a Lion and a five of cake",
Guns are made with pop rivets.

Here his my work progress:
