Thanks for the comments! Fram I did make a small mould with bones and ribcases etc so I could produce the larger pieces. I've attached a pic to show how they come out. Rather like the skulls they are on a thin film of resin and need to be trimmed before use. Would these be useful?

I'd say so!

Yup, I could use a bunch of plain skulls and bones (the bag'o'skulls I bought from... Black Cat?... contains a lot of skulls with eyes and/or a variety of gooey leftovers instead of bare bone).
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

How would people feel if I cast up batches of skulls, weeded out those with air bubbles and them made up bags of 100 at random from the good ones . There are 25 different skulls but I couldn't guarantee what each pack would contain.

I wouldn't even mind air bubbles, fill in with a bit of GS or Milliput or sand down on that side. Heck, I'd take a bag of seconds just for scatter :) But bags of 100 sound great :)

Yup... I'd totally go for say a set up like a bag of skulls, a bag of ribcages and long bones. I wouldn't mind air bubbles either, they could serve as damaged/broken bones. Perhaps do bags of "factory seconds" with a mix of skulls and long bones to get the miscasts off your hands?

Personally, I'd be interested in the skull piles. So many uses for them for gaming. I already have zillions of separate skulls, but no piles. And no, don't fancy making them myself ;)

I'm amazed you sculpted 25 different skulls! I would definitely be interested in a bag (or two) and possibly also some piles of bones.

Test casting large amounts of the skulls and its going well. Will probably sift through them for rejects since I don't really like sending out casts with large airbubbles although some may slip through.
I sculptured the 25 for some decent variation. They are slightly different sizes but could all pass for human. No obvious orc or troll skulls. Here's a pic of the greens.
