Your interpretations of the vignette are both stunning. I found your version of WR36 as shown on the Perry page very inspiring when working on mine and the river version is a simply unique creation. The water looks excellent.
How did you make the splashes around the bodies?

Believe it or not it's GW Snow flock! I made a mould from Blu-Tac and after mixing the GW snow with PVA I just shoved it into the moulds! Let it set then gave it a coat of gloss varnish to give it the same glossy appearance of the Vallejo Water Effects that was used to make the waves. It was simple enough to do- the hardest part was figuring out of how to achieve it!
