Looks awesome! I'm guessing these are heroic 28mm sculpts?

This is the biggest of the Wretches.  Most of them are smaller than this guy, and will look great next to 28mm heroic models, or the sculpts of Red Box, Hasslefree and smaller.  It helps that they are demonic and not human!

I'm working out the kick starter plans and sending them all to the caster.  Would you prefer a kick starter or a good deal from a web store?

Kickstarter gets more awareness of the product I figure, but expectations of stretch goals etc. you could do one without stretch goals and just say, "this is it, no stretch goals" I'd prefer that as it makeseole realise it is less likely to go under.

I am fine with either one.  My preference is some weighted combination of how fast I get them, and how good the deal is.  Kickstarter fees can take a sizeable chunk of your money, but maybe so does Paypal or whoever processes your payments on a webstore.  I have a very low tolerance for KS that expect to deliver in more than six months-so with either option, I hope the delivery is pretty fast.

Actually, now that I think of it, a Kickstarter will probably raise your profile and generate excitement, and if it delivers fast, all of those who are uncomfortable with backing a KS can then just buy them from a webstore a month or two later.

A short duration "production" kickstarter for greens you already have in hand would give the range a higher profile and should be relatively quick to deliver pledges to backers.
That way you build a reputation that opens up the possibility of launching longer duration or more ambitious projects including new sculpts.

I agree that you need to be clear up front about the scope of the thing.

Cheers for the feedback guys.  I haven't decided yet about the kickstarter or just opening shop.  Reaper has another one coming on June 8th.  I don't know if I want to go up against that!

We are a go for some of these greens on Kickstarters.  Ian at Fenris will take care of you people on that side of the Atlantic.
