RBG Aenglish warband & Norse opposition [updated 18/09/16]

Another commission job on the go here. A set of five Red Box Games Aenglish. These still need another lick of varnish and the base rims painting. The shield design is a decal I printed off and painted over. The decal is nothing more than a guide, something to be coloured in I guess. It helps maintain uniformity from one shield to another and is a bit quicker and certainly less hassle than painting from scratch. There are more of these fellas to come so once the warband is finished I'll do proper pics of everything.

It's pretty much all layering. I used a few washes on the armour and for the grime on the shields.
