That Paladin just struck another chord with me. It occurs to me that she could easily be painted up as a Female "Elric". Maybe "Elryka Whitewolf"? You should make a traveling companion for her: shorter, with leather armor and a curved sword and a straight dagger: "Luna Murk", maybe?

Ok, this is the last update before that outlandish Kickstarter hits the sausage stall, December 14th. 3 days left and we're busy bees making the last few edits. I have attached a few WIP shots of the foot knight and the 6 weapon options he'll have. Him and his buddy will appear as stretch goals. I have also added some details from the spear unit: 6 figures total, 3 with kettle helmet and 3 with more different head gear to add some flavour to the troops.

Still beautiful sculpts.

I've started to think that halflings were a real thing 500 years ago. Makes me sad we wiped them out.

It was them or us. Just look at how bellicose and well-armed they were! And they had ogres! Ogres, I say!

This is going to be great. I'm painting my sample halfling halberdier right now. I thought about painting the gambeson to be decorative but it would probably be too much for a rank-and-filer...

Exactly, think of the innocent pastries... The Halflings fought and baked their way across all of Europe, leaving only charred leftovers, burn crusts and soot-covered pots and pans! We didn't call them the Black Plague for nothing!

I was planning for it to close after 16 days. I might leave the Pledge manager open for a little longer to make sure that family men get their share as well.
There was really a fair few people asking already anyway and I guess I should start thinking on how to organize that.

So you plan for the Kickstarter to end on New Years? You might miss out on pledges that way, the last two weeks of December people tend to have their minds on a lot of other things than backing a Kickstarter... Unless its a deliberate choice to keep things low key and controlled by your timing?
(Not criticizing, just curious...)

Either way, can't wait for it to start, already scraping the bottom of the barrel for the last few pennies.
