(Kickstarter) Human Interface - Nakamura Tower
« on: April 21, 2015, 07:32:17 AM »

Human Interface - Nakamura Tower is a board game that is a unique combination of many elements known from tactical and skirmish games, RPG’s and board games. The game is based on a struggle between two powerful megacorporations that takes place in the title tower.

HINT is designed for 2+ people but through different scenarios can be played alone, in cooperation or against other players. The story happens in the near future when the world is dominated by new technologies.

As a Cyberpunk nut I backed straight away. Can't wait to get this one!!!

Yup, found this yesterday... Looks promising. I would prefer plastic miniatures though. I'm intrigued by the cyberspace implementation.

Early bird pledge. :)
It is so nice to see modern style cyberpunk not infected by anime/hentai plague :)

Same sentiments from me.  It looks like a promising game, but not promising enough to put up with metal figures.

Looks interesting.

Werner's and Marcus' heads are too small for their bodies though, at least as shown.

The game looks quite cool, but I'm not enthused by the minis.

Looks pretty interesting, and I'm happy to see the metal miniatures. The police figures look really useful.
Just one thing. Doesn't this sound a hell of a lot like MERCS Recon?

Yes I thought the same thing, I had to double check because at first I suspected that MERCS: Recon failed the KS and gotr repackaged as this, but it's really it's own game. I guess the added Cyberspace mechanics layer makes it sufficiently different, IMHO.

From the title, I was expecting a terrain piece!

The "RAID 44" figures are useful, but the civilians are let down by the treatment of cloth - it looks like cheap CGI animation.  See "Tetsuo Kenji" in particular, whose jacket fails to hang in a plausible way, or indeed in any way at all.  The others are less obvious, but suffering from the same basic problem.

New Stretch Goal ($45K)

This will be extra bonus material for the base pledge! So not an addon. Excellent...

Too many things I'm not keen on to back this properly... However those drones are excellent! Backed at the £1 level so I can buy those as 'add ons' :)
So many projects..... so little time.......
