Too many things I'm not keen on to back this properly... However those drones are excellent! Backed at the £1 level so I can buy those as 'add ons' :)

I'm with you there Dean :)

I'm thinking of doing that too but will have to see. A gaming buddy is a bit keen on pledging for this so I might end up fronting the whole shebang even if I just end up with a couple of drones and maybe one or two other minis myself. While the human/posthuman/whathavethey figs look nice by and large, I've finally failed to justify to myself why I should shell out money on more random scifi combatant miniatures that I'll struggle finding a use for in more than one single game. So he'd have to take on most or even all of those and that may mean the entire idea falls through because of that.

I would like to take a look at the game itself but have no interest in any of the figures. Shame there isn't a cheaper pledge as a boardgame with card standee minis.

If there is anyone out there who wants the minis seperate from the game give me a shout.

Well, those looked a whole lot better than I thought they would.

Indeed, already a very neat little set of rules, some nice ideas especially the way the hacking/cyber warfare is handled.

On KS was a question about HINT edition with standup character cards instead of minis.
I think it will not be in offer, but I might be of wrong impression.

No, your impression is correct, there are no plans for a version without figures......at least not yet.

Just watched the video.......dreadful.  Background music drowns out the commentary, camera jumps around and in and out of focus....and all deliberately done in post processing. An attempt to look edgy and cool has resulted in something virtually unwatchable and un-intelligible....disaster.

I agree with everything you just said. So do many people on kickstarters leading the creators to post this.

"It seems our footage doesn’t meet your expectations… Of course your comments are extremely valuable to us, and because we take your criticism very much to heart, we’ve decided to make another one. Tripod, camera, action! Nothing else. No special effects only game mechanics. It’s Friday, weekend ahead of us, so there is no time to lose, we are getting down to work. We will post a new gameplay by the end of the weekend.
P.S. We are grateful for every positive comment : )."

Yes, that was great to see. The people at PING obviously are passionate about their product, but their view on a tutorial video was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off. So great they accept the criticism and go back to a new version rightaway.
