Hi guys

Another Braille scale group build challengehttps://www.tapatalk.com/groups/missinglynx/the-next-group-build-start-and-finish-dates-t320238.html starts this week, this time the topic is "anti", anti tank, or anti aircraft, towed, tracked or wheeled and any gun pressed into either role for any period, this is a 20 week long build.
Rather than start another build (I have lots of kits that fit that category) I thought I would use the opportunity to get a few shelf queens finished, these will be my entries.
2 x Stug IIIG late
1 x Romanian Tacam T60
1 x Romanian cannone da 47/32 (with crew)
1 x Pak 40 (with my winter FJs crew)
1 x Sdkfz 7/1 quad AA (with crew)
1 x 17 pdr AT gun (with crew)
1 x 6 pdr AT gun (with crew)

Can't you just concentrate on one model instead of putting everyone else to shame by doing so many :D
Looking forward to this :-* :-* :-*

Hi guys

My Gebirgsjager conversions for Coc are finished and ready for undercoating, all accept the pack mules, need to detail their load, I'm pretty happy with these guys, I've used figures from all over the shop, what do you think?

Nice conversions. I imagine with some paint they'll look great. What will the pack mules be used as?

Amazing conversions! That must've been a lot of work, but it makes the collection very unique.  :D

Did the pack mules have to be jump qualified to serve in the FJ?  ;)
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Just out of curiosity (and apologies of its already been answered elsewhere in this thread), but what sort of service did that Romania service see with the German military? I'd imagine that it did cross pollinate to an extent - considering the presence Romania had during the war -, but didn't come across much on the subject when I was looking at it myself a while ago (I do like the look of their converted vehicles, but don't want to start a Romanian or Soviet army just yet).

The expeditionary force, 'Army Group Antonescu,' was composed on 22 June 1941 of the 3rd Army, the 4th Army, the 2nd Army Corps, and the 11th Infantry Division.[9] The 3rd Army comprised the 4th Army Corps (6th and 7th Infantry Divisions), the Cavalry Corps, the Mountain Corps, two separate artillery battalions, a TA unit, and the Air Force's 3rd Army Cooperation Command. The 4th Army consisted of the 3rd Army Corps, the 5th Army Corps, the 11th Army Corps (two fortress brigades), and the 4th Army Cooperation Command. The army group-level 2nd Army Corps, under Major General N. Macici, controlled the 9th and 10th Infantry Divisions and the 7th Cavalry Brigade. Additionally the 1st Armoured Division was formed for service on the Eastern Front

From Wikipedia, quiet substantial.
