Gaze in envy chaps! Centerpiece of the Plague army finished. 1/48 Hind-D Revell kit as a Plague Hornet Dropship.

Hope it was worth the wait.  ;)

Yep, love it! The only thing I would add would be a zombie strapped to a missile or hanging from a weapons rail, lol

Excellent.

I echo the comment about strapping a zombie on somewhere.

Thanks for the compliments, guys.

Here are some pictures of a game I played last week, Plague vs Forge Fathers 1500 points. I lost 8 to 6 VP, which considering that scenario involved my close combat army running headlong at a gunline, I was fairly happy with.

Looks like a good game. I hope your Plague ate plenty of those runty dwarves.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

the paintjob on the squats looks ace. Consider it stolen like a hot car in the one one.

I'll pass that on to the owner.  :D

The repurposed Hind is cool, nicely done as ever. Could we possibly get more pictures of what you've done with the cockpit and flightcrew?

Makes we want to paint more zombies!

Cheers

Finished the "Primes" for my Plague:

Plague Teratons, a kind of Sub-Commander for the army.

Also a renegade Rogue Trader Crew based on a game of Rogue Trader RPG I was in:

From left to right, Jace the Navigator, Alissander former Seneschal and now Trader, Kadmos teh Heretek and Dauntless human soul in a Wraithguard.

Played a game of Firefight at club yesterday, 1000 points, my Saurians (Corporation) vs Space Wolves (Enforcers). It was a pretty hammering win with my 17 VPs to my opponent's 5 VPs. Not all of the pictures are mine, so narrative only on some sorry, but there are some good close ups of Benny's True-Scale Space Pups.

General and Veteran Heavy Weapons Team deploy on the right flank of the Saurian army.

Veteran Squad

Interceptor swoops low over the battlefield.

The second Veteran Squad and a Strider move up the left flank.

Scout Biker and Marine Assault Squad.

Space Wolf Lord and Strider

Space Wolf Squad

Scout Biker and Scout Squad

Marine Squad

The Space Wolf Scout detachment takes a beating early on.

Saurians head towards the objective.

Interceptor and Strider trade fire.

Space Marines sidle up to the objective.

A firefight brakes out around the smelter.

Saurian fire proves effective against the might of the Imperium.

The game wraps up and the survivors take their objectives.

Enjoy, more games and bigger battles coming soon!

I should take on your Saurians with my GIMP-SEC to see what happens when two alternative approaches to GCPS meet.

king a look at my Plague for Firefight, my Aberrations have been a bit on the small side, so they're getting a promotion to Teratons and the new Aberrations will be my recently repainted worms, all nice and fleshy.

Saurian Amalgamated had another game against the Space Pups yesterday, pulling off a 16/12 win.

Finding that the Corporation infantry don't do a great deal against the Enforcers, which is a shame, because I love the Saurians. May have to work out army lists to take on specific opponents, which is not a thing I really like to do.

Got a game in yesterday introducing a new player (but old mate), 1250 points Plague (me) vs Corporation. My opponent used his Ad-Mech.

Command range is important.

I struggled to do much against the wall of fire at first.

Plague zombies absorb enemy fire and can be nasty when they make combat.

Cultists aren't great fighters, but even their fire can keep heads down, plus, unlike Zombies, they can take objectives.

In the end, I made combat and wiped my opponent out completely. Oops. Probably not the best introductory game. Still, he had fun and will try it again with a different army list. Still loving this game, more painted minis and new factions on the way.

Plague reinforcements for Firefight. I needed more HMGs as they're often the only infantry weapons that deal any damage, also another Officer so that I can field a Specialists team plus Grenade Launcher and Plague grunt.
