Finished my Saurian "Chrichton" Class Heavy Assault Tank, seen in its Oxide Wasteland camouflage scheme from the Lambert III campaign.

Equipped with a Rotary Cannon, two Heavy Flame Throwers and a 50mm Recoilless Rifle, the Chrichton is not subtle. It is designed to inflict a large amount of carnage ad punch a hole in the enemy lines for the Mercenaries it's supporting.

Also finished these SF Tanks, rebased WotC Star Wars Bacta Tanks, great for a variety of games.

Finished the last of Mercenary Squad 2 last night:

No more fluff sorry, as they're basically the same as the last lot.

My "Super-Cheap VOTOMs" arrived yesterday, they scale pretty well with the stuff I already have:

I can easily picture a Saurian inside, driving the thing, I may even do a couple with open cockpits.

Figures you got yours in sooner, your a tad closer to the Japanese shores. I'm hoping we are going to see a number of painted and converted versions on the forum. What are you planning to do with yours?

No solid plans for the VOTOMs yet, but at the moment I'm thinking that they won't change too much. I kind of like their look and think it fits with the army as it is, even their dinky guns. The major change I'm considering is some Tau missile pods for a bit more firepower.

Meh, I thought it was weird as you'd posted in that thread already. Figured you were drunk then. Or drunk now. :D

The guns look like 1/35 kit.

The guns are almost all from 1/35 weapon accessory kits, which sadly seem to be thin on the ground these days.

Fresh of the painting table:

The dreaded Cyber-Rex, the most terrifyingly unpredictable weapon in the Saurian arsenal.

When asked to design a light scouting vehicle with reasonable offensive capabilities, Saurian engineers came back with this; a T-Rex with robot arms mounted with machine guns. It was figured that the thing would be utterly useless, but the combination of a partially-reprogrammed brain and a metric sh*tload of combat drugs have made the Cyber-Rex an absolute monster on the battlefield.
