The riders are held in place with magnets. :P

Painted up some Primaris Marines for 40K skirmish/INQ28/Inquismunda. They were going to be Space Sharks, but somehow ended up as Crimson Fists:

(from left to right)
Benvolio the Grim, Company Chaplain Rikardo, Storm the Unseen and Jan the Torch.

I decided to do Death Guard as Forge Fathers mostly to piss off the Mantic fanboy at the club. Also, I miss having a Chaos army.

Squad 1, "Stormrage Veterans"

Squad 2, same deal.

Hell of a lot of fun to paint, mostly followed the GW painting guide for them. Two vehicles and a commander and the army is done for 1250 points.

Looking good. How'd you do the bases?

The bases are just GW Martian Ironearth and Nurgle's Rot, I had help painting these from a newbie, so I kept things simple.

Finished up a couple of "Experimental Weapon" markers for the game I'm writing, inspired by the "Hand Mines" in Doctor Who.

Kroot for scale.

First completely finished unit for my Heretek army. Actually five units in a Firefight army as they take the place of Gun Drones, infantry sized vehicles. Necron Immortal/Ad Mech Ruststalker kitbash.

Drones with ATRs.

Drones with Anti-Infantry weapons.

Drone with Mortar.

With the new GW plastic marines being so big, I had to figure out a way to make the regular infantry for my Firefight Plague Fathers. After a bit of kibashing, I came up with these "Space Chaos Warriors" (y'know, Chaos Warriors, only in space), the rationale being they're not Space Marines, but humans who have scavenged armour and equipment to fight for Papa Nurgle.

More units completed for my Heretek force.

Servitor Team 1

Servitor Team 2
Fun fact, I had 10 of these painted, but then found out that the Asterian army list for Firefight operates on multiples of three, so I had to buy two more of the buggers. At least I'm covered for Necromunda.

Kadmos the Heretek was gifted this Tomb Spider by a Necron Lord so that he cold "improve" himself and those around him with living metal parts.

This Heretek army may the fastest I've painted a full army since my Bush Wars stuff.

Cyborgs inspired by the idea of Necron Pariahs, but made a bit wonky and creepy looking.

Just three more units and a couple of individual minis to go, should make my June deadline pretty easy.

Two squads of Merchant Marines finished, and a couple of drones. Though mostly a "normal" Rogue Trader crew, some of them have been "modified" by Kadmos the Heretek to be more efficient.

Kitbashed from a variety of sources.

That's a good looking group of company men.

Closing in on completing my army for the Sci-Fi campaign, not long now!

Having "gone full Heretek" before he gained access to the knowlege required to make Archo-flagellents, Kadmos had to improvise. By taking "volunteers", adding weapon attachments to their limbs and loading them up on a cocktail of combat drugs, Kadmos created his own "Narco-flagellents". Describing them as "wonderfully violent" Kadmos has instituted Nacro-fagellent conversion as a punishment for cowardice, desertion and not putting the sockets back in the toolbox nicely.

Converted heroclix.

Thanks for the comments, this army has been a lot of fun to put together, only a couple of things to go now.

Hey folks, I know the issue with my pictures vanishing is frustrating, so I dug up everything I had (for the armies I've kept) and put them in a google album.

Not as convienient, I know, but the best I can do at the moment.
