Thanks Gents, I had a lot of fun working these out.
I did some modification to most of the figures, some head swaps and green stuff work. The figures I used for the characters are as follows:

Sembene is a Foundry Sherlock Holmes with a Victoria Miniatures head.
Dorian Gray is a Paroom Station Dr Moriarty I added hair to.
Ethan Chandler is an Artizan Texas Ranger with a coat and waistcost added.
Sir Malcolm is the Sergeant from Northstar's Scotland Yard set.
Miss Ives is a West Wind figure from the London Mob set with a lot of cutting and shaping done to her clothes and a head swap with Siobhana, a Reaper Vampire.
The monster is the Lucid Eye Dystopian Teen.
Dr Frankenstein is another West Wind London mob figure with an Artizan head and a bag made from greenstuff.
Mr. Ferdinand Lyle is the Badger figure from Muttonchops Windy Chaps.
The vampire is a Heresy Ghoul.

Thanks again.

Amazing. Your conversion work on things brings them to perfection. Sembene and Myles especially look like they walked right out of the show.
