These are all 1/40 scale. Maybe a bit large, or might not. I saw them in the NHM shop IRL and they're very cool.

I think its generally understood that dinosaurs are as big as you want them to be, and that the smaller ones are simply younger (possibly faster) versions.

My own fine collection of plastic dinosaurs vary from extremely cheap "Dollar Store"  items, through wonderful glow-in-the-dark models, to quite nice pieces with some sort of museum connection to their brand. My favourites gnerally are the Safari brand, which seem right for 28mms; they are a touch smaller and a fair bit cheaper than the Carnegie series, which claims to be 1/40 scale.
