Thanks Ajax, the tarp is made from this stuff - soft metal foil. I love it. A bit thicker than kitchen foil and really easy to use. Then just painted it using Modelcolor canvas as the base.

I dont' know this stuff. Thanks for the link and good continuation on this project !

Osprey Farm is now complete. Sadly it shares a space with another project which is next on the list, so please use your imagination to weather the next door building in the following photographs.

I should start by saying that I do know aircraft don't rust like this. But I like rust, so in my post apocalypse, they go rusty red. I also need to weather the baseboard, so if it looks too clean, that's because it is. That will change.

A little backstory. Osprey Farm was one of Junktown's earliest settlements. When food was scarce in the days after the war, they were one of the first to get growing effectively and worked out how to stop mole rats and other wasteland pests from eating everything - get above ground. Now days many of the circle of small settlements brought into Junktown's protective embrace provide most of the food, but 2nd generation owners Mace and Missy still provide to what passes for Junktown's elite.

Mace is the supreme herbologist, and he's particularly protective of his Chives, which rarely leave his side. Missy and Gray Garden Refugee Mr Rusty are the veg growers. Dogs Death and Taxes complete the family.

Hope you enjoy.

It is indeed sir, and I spent 7 years kicking mine before I managed to turn it into a farm.

That's ok then, I think mine's only be under there for about 5 (or so . . .). I think I had in mind to adorn it with some umbrella like decals
Very nice job on the farm and the whole project

I swear, you are brilliant.  I love the absurdly simple conversion on Missy - I might steal that idea.

I just don't get it.
Some people can do great work, a little bit at a time, like just one 28mm figure.
Some people can churn out lots of stuff, but of a 'wargaming' standard.

But YOU do both!!!!!!
Very high quality AND very high quantity.
I love it, I am also very envious. Well done on all of it.

P.S. If you ever do the coffee table book idea... It is going straight onto
my birthday, Christmas wish list.
