I really like the refrigerator. Is that made with the same salt and brushed acrylics as before?

It also amuses my strange humour that the land shark remains are on a standard Euro palette. I almost expect an ISO certificate to appear somewhere...

Hi Andy, yes exactly the same technique. It’s pretty speedy once you get the hang of it.

Every wasteland butcher knows you can’t beat a Euro pallet for storing 1/2 ton burgers. And naturally Mr Handy keeps all of the ISO certificates.

Hi all,

Another long, work enforced break but with Xmas looming I'm back on the Butcher Shop. Hope to have it done in the next day or so. In the interim, a couple of finished elements. One of the chopping benches with some nice...er.....meat. And some yet to be diced carnivorous slugs.

Finished quicker than I thought!

I've broken the Butcher Shop into two bits and will join it up in daylight at some point.

First the shop front. Some identifiable food - Land Shark head, Rad Runner legs, a bit of pork and Brahmin steak and something we dug up from the irradiated wastes which seems mostly made of meat.

And the refrigerator and animal pens. A full Rad-Runner, Land Shark steaks, Goat, Pig, Carnivorous Slug, and a Rad-Runner sting for the chem producers amongst you.

Curious to see what your health inspector figure looks like :)

Pretty awesome job, I love the sign warning people about the slugs!

I've said it before, but I'm just going to keep saying it - absolutely stunning. Amazing concepts, execution and attention to detail. Gorgeous stuff. GDonk
