Genius!
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Another addition to the chorus of jawdroppers here 8)

I actually had to do a double take when I scrolled down to see the first picture of the finished storage racks and home office; at first glance I thought I was looking at a real life picture you put up to show your inspiration...

Next to the stunning modeling and painting, I think it's the actual sunlight, casting sharp, dark shadows and showing the colours in all their (dusty) vividness really helped getting that illusion across.

One thing though, which I just now noticed; the broken window panes of the hangar are an awesome detail but something was not sitting right with me for some reason. And then I got it; they're too clean! Everything else has a (very suitable) grimy, dusty look, but the glass looks squeaky clean. perhaps dust them up a bit?

Because even on non dilapidated industrial/storage buildings with windows (up high), the glass is (almost) always extremely dirty, to the point where it's hard to even see through them. The same goes for skylights btw.

Please keep the pictures coming; this truly is a remarkable and memorable build :)

It's a very good point - those back windows are not nearly dirty enough. Will have to throw some more dirt at them! Great feedback, thank you.

It's not big, or clever, but let's do it anyway

Where in the world did you get the radio and the stove?  Those are perfect Fallout fits...

TT Combat - I think it's fair to say they are 'Fallout inspired'. Link below:

Quick update. While I finish off the Hangar project 2 (the bus), I've started work on project 3, a large, dirty, greasy pile of fuel and oil drums to lubricate the wasteland's finest vehicle workshop. Tucked in there is also another half forgotten repair project, a military command vehicle.

Overall set-up

Some details

The command vehicle

The idea is this references another vehicle I have already built as part of my 'not Reilly's Rangers'. Although I've kept this one tracked.

I can't wait to see how this turns out! This thread is one of my favorite to follow. I game in 15mm and have been looking at HO scale stuff to do something similar!
