Brilliant as usual, clanmac.

Thanks all!

A few bits of scatter for the interior. Almost there now but struggling with the outside walls. Used some decals and it's not really working.

Must be cold in there, those mummy bags are pretty warm!

Excellent as always!

It's a good point. Not sure it goes with the arid, sun-bleached aesthetic of Junktown on reflection. Maybe aging nuclear generators give off waves of cold?

Or those guys are so sick the sleeping bags will be used to bury them shortly...

Absolutely insane detailed weathering.  The peeling paint is very realistic.

I wouldn’t worry about the mummy bags being out of place - a lot of very dry, sun bleached placed get very cold at night. The thing that makes them sunny (lack of clouds) also means that there is nothing to trap heat near the ground overnight, so the temperature plummets.

Besides, if the mummy bag gets too warm you can always unzip it, or even sleep on top of it, but if you’re only carrying a light bag and it gets really cold you’re screwed (I’ve made that mistake myself and spent sleepless nights regretting my short-sightedness...). If you are only going to be carrying one piece of sleeping kit around, go for one with better insulation than you think you’ll need.

All true... I'd go on a landscape photography trip every year with my photography instructor colleague, usually to a National Park in a desert somewhere in the southwest USA and every time we would freeze our asses off at night and bake during the day :) I developed a running joke with him about it... always going to the desert to experience the cold :)

I keep thinking I'm doing OK with terrain and scatter.

Then I come here.

Your stuff is awesome.

True. My father (god bless him) was with the British 8th Army in North Africa WW2.
I commented once on some news reel footage, that showed guys in greatcoats, that I thought
it very odd in a desert! He said because the drop in temperature is so large you feel very
cold at night.

Fantastic group of accessories! The lockers are my favourite - they really do look so realistic.
