  • Pedantic bugger, apparently.
Well, I think that's the first time in the whole competition that both contestants have painted basically the same subject.

Had a hard time choosing which to vote for. In the end I went for the daemonettes! ;D

Nord, do you have any more pics of those terrain pieces? Some great painting there - a run-down of the methods used would be great! I love the naturalistic shifts in colour. They're regular GW plastics, yeah?

For those interested, the demon princess is a conversion of Kabuki's Evil queen.

The one with blue hair is a conversion of a Kingdom Death. The one with a sword is a Fenryll and the other three are 3 generations of GW daemonettes.

Great painting both of you!

You've had some great ideas this year Ollv. I see you like that White Speaker sculpt :) (I have three myself thanks to one of your entries in a previous LPL  ;) )
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Thank you very much Dr Mathias. I bought the plastic pinup collection from Kingdom Death and find myself with 2 white speakers so I decided to make this conversion with the second. I see you now have a blog to show your beautiful painted minis, this is great news, I will follow it closely.  ;)
