do not worry about the yellowish M1943...

anyway in the past I had a so called historical expert... (funny thing he is a lawyer I am a Military Historian...) that say the green one were already used in Normandy... the change of unoform is not very well known, a lot of illustrations are based on Normandy, the cut of the unoform is not completely different (especially in 28mm), and   so well you  painted well!

There is also an old reference from the TMP of a chap who bought one of the prop uniforms made for Band of Brothers (M1944) and then realized that the green was fading to yellowish green quite quickly. He did not know if that was something real, or the stuff was just bad quality...

Hi guys,

I've been busy an added a 3 man machinegun section to the group. Now they are ready for next weekend's convention in Germany. Due to time pressure, I haven't repainted the 1942 uniforms yet...might do that after the convention...

Anyways I hope you like them!

Cheers!

Superb brushmanship!  :-*

Keen to see your take on the Germans after seeing the US side.

Will you have any vehicles at some point?

They look ready for the cold! Hope they don't get trenchfoot... Great looking GI's!
