Very inspirational,  who makes these guys? Foundry, Gripping Beast, crusader?
Thanks! Foundry of course, given their vintage.

All Foundry I believe, although I did supply one or two Aventine horses for some odd cavalry figures we had lying around out of the much missed Foundry open days bargain blisters.

I've only just joined the Forum and it was mainly because of the pictures of your Late Roman Army. Very impressive. It's inspired me to get on with my Romans and get gaming with them.

You noticed ! I've only just joined the forum and I'm still finding my way. I didn't see the previous thread until after I'd posted my query. Didn't expect to meet Mr. Grumpy quite so soon ! Still, the armies look great and it's inspired me to get busy with my Romans.

Many thanks for your help. I want to get some table top scenery and Caliver Books look like a good place to start. I use Crusader Rules as I like the mechanics of the game.
I moved from Cornwall to North Dorset a while ago and I'm only now starting to get organised.
I'm enjoying the Forum, very helpful and informative. :)
