so, did some more painting on my Portugo-Iberians ...

Wanted to see, how they will do in the proper setting. Again sorry for the Heisenberg-style. I swear it's the tablet-cam. Will buy a god digicam shortly ...
best wishes

also some more troups for my other gangs. Originally painted as an Sohei-add-on (i.e. temple attendants or initiates) or maybe even koryu-pupils. With some mixed weapons, to choose from.

hi there ... so now, most of my Chinese trade delegation is finished, hope You like it.
As said somewhere else (not sure) I will use it most likely as a mission objektive, scenary nor something like that for my Ronin games.

The "blind eyes" are on the mini to the left are on purpose, because Master Feng Shui* is blind. However, I still do not have no names for the others.

Two new buildings for my achingly slow growing Ronin-table

Both are painted plastcrafts. I gave the wood-to-be a little work with a scratch brush beforehand.

With the cottage I actually think the roof is too neatly done  ... too much combing. Less lovingly the nextime ...  o_o

thanks and best wishes

Nice buildings! The roof could use some attention....hiding the fissure, maybe a wash and some diluted PVA glue, a little moss here and there. The painting looks ace!

Thanks for the comment, nandrin
The roof is not complete, correct. Not sure how to proceed, cause ...

... about colours ... I already used wood-glue to style it that way. And also the surfave us now to "wood gluey" to paint it. It won't keep the paint. So I figure that I either should have mixed it to the glue up first or paint it, while wet during drying it.
It is a little annoying, cause this should be the poor farmer's cottage outside the village ... and it might happen, that it will be the most neatly done roof in my whole province.
It also is the only one fixed to the building beneath  o_o

If the roof doesn´t hold the paint any more, maybe a complete repaint will help: A coat of black primer and then paint like a piece of resin. Another way could be using pigments. I don´t know if this will help, never faced this kind of problem.

Thanks!
Thought about that, too. I'd like to avoid spraying, since the rest is already painted. So maybe pigments or some miss or similar things will do the trick.

Actually I am somewhat happy, that it happened with that one, so I know the possible erring ways ... at least some ^^

Nice to see a Portuguese "Buntai."  Looking forward to a battle report.
