I pictured a man that ostensibly ran the town orphanage! He was not well liked in town and parents always seemed to hold their children's hands tighter when he rolled by...
The world is changing so fast and we,re just trying to catch up...

No I scratchbuilt it. It is a bit crude but as a game piece it does the trick.

The wagon is nice looks a little like MDF its the horses that are a little off I've seen the off proportions in some pencil sharpener wagons i bought.

It's part of Ernie's meanness: he uses ponies as draft animals for that huge wagon.  ;)
