I just bought some of those cacti after seeing matakishi's photos, but they are a bit cheaper (Ł2 less) on Amazon at the moment:

Woodland Scenics Plastic Cactus Plants 0.5-inch to 2.5-inch

An Indian burial scaffold (included as a freebie by Britannia Miniatures). It will be used as blocking terrain fro the Indians, they won't be able to go near it but the Cavalry can happily rampage through.

Mexicans on foot. The sleeping ones are shaken markers. The church is the magificent Seven one from Sarissa Precision.
