KorNat's Fantasy Gallery
« on: August 15, 2015, 12:12:07 PM »
Hi all

This is the second topic I have opened on Lead Adventure forum. Here I will post new fantasy stuff (and repost old ones) that I have painted. You can see some terrains and medieval oriented models that I have painted so far in this topic: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=80566.0

There is a lot of projects that I am currently working on but recently I have managed to finish my Dwarf Rangers warband.  I hope I will post here my work at least once a month.
Enjoy the photos and click here to see more: http://pinatwar.blogspot.com/2015/08/dwarfrangers.html

They are a SPLENDID LOOKING Band of Vertically Challenged Woodland Rogues. Your brushwork & basing are OUTSTANDING; AND your color choices are WONDROUS to behold. FANTASTIC WORK!

Well thank you for the comments guys. I have not visit this forum for a long time.
Recently I have not painted anything from fantasy genre but several projects are opened for example Mirkwood Rangers from GW and new dwarves.
In the meantime I will repost several of my older works and I hope it is not pointless as several of you certainly did not see them.

My first ever painted dwarf from Avatars of war was not a great success...  http://pinatwar.blogspot.com/2014/10/ironshields1.html

...but soon some fellow dwarves joined his company ... http://pinatwar.blogspot.com/2015/01/ironshields2.html

... togheter with the dwarven commanders. http://pinatwar.blogspot.com/2015/03/ironshieldscommand.html

I generally stick to metalics but here you can see my only approach to NMM
http://pinatwar.blogspot.com/2014/06/krasnoludzki-otrzyk-dwarven-rogue.html

I hope I will manage to post my new works here in the coming weeks.

For all interested I have just finished a small tutorial about creating flags for miniatures.
In this article you will also find a file with my custom-made flags and some interesting links to websites with a large amount of ready to be printed flags.
You can read it on my blog at http://pinatwar.blogspot.com/2016/01/how-to-make-flags-for-miniatures.html

They look equally good to the first you painted. Sometimes I too get tired of the details on a miniature, but once I've started painting it I want to finish, and that results on me rushing  :(
